Meet the Team

Susan Stone-Chen and Simon Chen both fell in love with Aspen and have called it home for many years. They specialize in creating one-of-a-kind homes, projects, and ranches by utilizing their development and hospitality experience.

With previous experience in luxury hotel sales and title insurance as the Regional Vice President at Stewart Title, Susan possesses advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills as well as an exceptional level of attention to detail. Susan moved to Colorado in 2003 from Captiva Island, Florida to experience a different kind of outdoor lifestyle. She immersed herself in the community and proudly supports the Aspen Homeless Shelter and the Lucky Day Animal Rescue. Susan’s accolades and passion for her surroundings contribute to her stellar real estate abilities.

Susan and Simon are also proud parents of two, Sydney and Lachlan, and enjoy spending their time off getting outdoors as a family. You can find them skiing in the winter and either cycling or paddleboarding in the summer. Combined, their range of experience and expertise shines through in their commitment to their clients, family, and the community alike.
