About Simon Chen

A native of Sydney, Australia, Simon first came to Aspen in 1992 on a ski vacation. During this visit, Simon fell in love with Aspen and decided to one day call Aspen home. It took a few years, but in 2013, Simon fulfilled his dream of returning to Aspen when he joined the Little Nell as Managing Director.

 

Simon's ability to create and personalize his client’s experiences has turned most of his clients into lifelong friends. Maybe it is the Australian nature of being relaxed and engaging, which allows his clients to immediately feel at ease. Simon goes out of his way to share everything he loves about Aspen with his clients while helping them find their perfect piece of Aspen. He is patient, professional, discreet, and is always looking out for his client’s best interests.

 

Simon, his wife, Susan, their two young children Lachlan and Sydney, are thrilled to call Aspen home. When not helping his friends and clients find their piece of Aspen paradise, he is usually out cycling or skiing with all of them. Simon has served on the Aspen Homeless Shelter Board of Directors since 2014 and CO-Chairs their advisory board.
